We will work together to identify how closely you currently are aligned with your soul’s purpose, and identify and clear any obstacles that might be in the way. These sessions include one-on-one interactions at a pace mutually agreed to serve your highest good. They will also include tools, readings, practices, meditations, and other activities suited to you.
Groups
Group work includes individual plans for all participants based on the individual work described to the left, as well as group interactions to strengthen the integrity, alignment, and authenticity. Individuals and groups will have tailored plans designed to clear obstacles and illuminate pathways to live into the highest service orientation for the group as a whole.

System Review
We will work together to determine the state of the overall system that is your organization. How close is the organization living to its soul’s purpose? Didn’t know an organization can have a soul? Well, it does. And it is derived from the combined souls of those who began it and what its Mission, Vision, and Values are.
