Who Are We?
Paul and Aimee Murphy live on Kure Beach and we love our island! Aimee grew up on these shores and Paul grew up on the Jersey Shore. Aimee has worked in and around the nonprofit and philanthropic sector for over 20 years. For more about her click here. Paul has over 40 years of experience in handyman, remodel, and general construction work. Living on the island we see many rented homes and want to be helpful to our community and neighbors who may not live here. We want to be your “eyes on the ground” when you aren’t here. Paul also spent many years in Quality Assurance and so can oversee repairs or services and make sure they are performed with the highest quality. Local Eyes on Your Home
Being full-time residents of Kure Beach we are happy to be a trusted set of eyes on your home for you. As often as you request we will drive by and check on your home. We will perform whatever level of detailed observation you like as seldom or as often as you like!

Need a Special Touch for your Luxury Rental?
In a vacation town like ours, property management and cleaning companies are on tight timelines for turning over rentals. We are brought in after your cleaning crew to make sure the special touches are sparkling and ready for your renters.

Repair Coordination
As residents on the island we have established relationships with a variety of service providers. We are happy to curate repair or other (beach rentals, golf cart rentals, etc.) services for your renters. We have recommended providers with excellent service records.

Support During Emergencies
Unfortunately an aspect of island living means the occasional storm that can cause damage and flooding. We are here and committed to supporting our community through photos and videos of your home after storms. We are also able to either perform or coordinate mitigations efforts after storms as may be needed.
